Deal with all Supplier and Customer non conformances. From containment to managing sort teams and certify as dimensionally acceptable or rejectable per blue prints, gauges and measuring devices.
Investigate to determine Root Cause and controls needed to error proof for the issue.
Work as a team across multiple departments to implement corrective actions and implement changes to the process to capture previous issues
Update all paperwork related to changes to instructions and process changes. Review PFMEA/CONTROL Plans to document updates for Corrective actions. Write 8D documents for Customers communicating all steps taken and controls put in place to prevent future occurrences.
Approve/deny supplier PPAP packages based on customer requirements/drawings/testing. Create PPAP folders for Customers highlighting our compliance to their requirements.
