• Lead 10 maintenance officer and 5 support executives/engineers, to maintain, troubleshoot, and perform improvements, enabling a frictionless operation of the entire perfume manufacturing unit that includes processes such as Bottling, Packaging, Decorating (Metalizing, Lacquering, Screen Printing and Foiling) and welding with Ultrasonic machines.

• Identified a key area of improvement with the existing 200CFM screw air compressor and improved it by adding a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), reduced energy consumption by 25%

• Introduced an innovative process of fine tuning the LPG burner with VFD, achieved LPG gas saving of 15-20%, about Rs. 4-5 Lakhs annually

• Actively recognized & corrected faults and administer the upkeep of 10 Injection molding machines from 60 to 160-ton capacity
