• Contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and negotiate payments.

• Timely obtain and verify insurance coverage with insurance agencies.

• Track and manage changes in customer insurance coverage.

• Audit and reporting of customer accounts and status of insurance coverage.

• Receiving and resolving inquiries from 3rd parties, customers, and internal departments regarding insurance coverage.
