Rectification and removal of objection raised by internal and external auditors and DAB’S Audit/Supervisor teams.

Daily reconciliation of NOSTRO Accounts and DAB’S audits supervision teams.

Reconciliation Department

Supervision of IBD Inter-branch and NOSTRO Accounts reconciliation follow up of transaction outstanding in reconciliation.

Follow with the branch’s correspondent for clearing of entries.

Daily reconciliation of NOSTRO Accounts and DAB accounts for both Islamic and Conventional divisions. Keep update records of BAL’S procedures, for reconciliation, related instruction from DAB and ensure their compliance.

Identification of un-reconciled transaction, their nature and co-ordination with concerned branch/unit/bank correspondent for correction actions.

Follow up with DAB for any on-reconciled entry or incorrect transaction in DAB’S Accounts.

Maintaining and balance accounts, treasury statement and summary of each accounts.

Dispatch of L/C’s and amendments to advisory bank branches.

Checking of collection documents of L/C’s

Preparation of Year end statement

Reconciliation of all statement of bank with Ledger, inventory valuation.

Remittance / TC’S

Preparation of DD/FDD/SWIT and Tele messages

Settlement of foreign outwards bills for collection

Settlement of short terms receivable funds, local bills purchased and purchasing of TC’S.

Administration

Holding all administrations related assignment of Bank Alfalah Islamic Banking Division including purchasing of stationary dealing with vender etc.
