Performed duties as a Collection Manager involving wireless operations and analyzed daily data to

determine target information. Performed duties as an Operation Officer to acquire foreign weapons

and technology to support all Special Operation branches of the combined services in support of

worldwide operations involving terrorism in Pakistan, Yemen, Afghanistan and Iraq. Performed duties

as an Intel Analyst searching through All Source collection efforts to populate a tracking database to

watch list selected individuals associated with terrorism. Information was collected then verified

through many sources and then passed on as collection efforts. Performed duties as a Tech Ops Officer

in support of National SIGINT programs. Once data was collected a database was created and

maintained to assist collectors to target selected individuals. This was 24/7. Coordinated daily with

actual SIGINT individuals on techniques, equipment and requirements to aid each other in having

successful operations. Utilized Analyst Notebook (I2) to collate numerous pieces of information to aid

in the overall picture. Traveled overseas to conduct training foreign nationals on Intel-related subjects.

program manager to support operational projects involving worldwide SIGINT operations.

Implemented the functions of database administrator (DBA) to track worldwide operations. The

database provided a link analysis associated with individuals, equipment, locations, and requirements.

Wrote end-users and administrator’s guides and trained one-on-one end-users on how to use MS

Access and the tracking database. Interfaced daily with customer at all levels and acted as liaison

between the customer and other contractor’s. Traveled overseas to conduct training of foreign national

in PC usage and computer software.

intelligence related topics. The scope of the work involved all source collection efforts from worldwide

Coordinated at the national level requirements supporting operational systems to both the United
