Worked as a Community Ambassador and a Property Manager for King County funded 501(3)c community lead organizations with emphasis on re-integration, to include: those struggling with housing displacement, un, and underemployed folks, mental health services and family reunification effort center on true community-based wrap around services. Worked with local, county and state public service officials to develop and implement a (CRT) or Community Response Team to strategically address and combat the effects of gangs and other forms of violence in our communities.

Community Passageways, Seattle, Washington (CP) - Community Ambassador, promoted to co-facilitator of the Deep Dive Program and had strategic influence in the establishment of two current programs, Re-entry and the king county deconstruction cohort. While employed with CP I have enjoyed the privilege of gaining training in several behavioral health disciplines from Motivational Interviewing to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy among others. Current responsibilities include but are not limited to addressing progressive ways to include CP in future opportunities to promote youth, family and community engagement.

March 2021 – February 2022

We Deliver Care (WDC), Seattle, Washington – De-Escalation Specialist, after receiving training from the P.C.I.T.I Professional Community Intervention Training Institute I was honored participated in the creation of an innovative way to address and re-direct youth, young adults and wayward violation as a result substance abuse, mental health, housing displacement etc. on the greater Seattle streets. This community engagement has given me a prism into ways to more effectively and compassionately critical think, address and combat the vast challenges faced by those in our community.

October 2021 – February 2022

REBLX, Seattle, Washington – Property Manager, with the state of Washington were chronically housing displaced to be moved into unit. The need for a new kind of Property Manager became necessary. This placed me in close proximity to the training, set skills and workforce to understand procedures in trauma informed care, dealing with substance abuse issue and associated mental health traumas.
