· Enhanced cost-efficient image captioning via ExpansionNet v2 optimization, achieving a 49% reduction in parameters with equivalent performance. Consist of the three improvements: Swin-Transformer v2, Memory-Augmented Multi- Head Attention and Multiplicative Residual Embedding layer.
· Integrated the model into a chatbot application, enabling better image understanding.

· Proposed a lightweight improvement for PointSeg in LiDAR point-cloud semantic segmentation, achieving a 63% re- duction in network size with only a 1% performance drop. Consisted of the two improvements: Grouped Enlargement Layer and Region Re-weighting Layer.

· Developed a light-weight deep learning model for wake word detection with self-recorded dataset, achieving 99% accu- racy.
