Perform a final quality control and assurance (QA/QC) assessment to the permit’s documentation package and send it to the engineers and subject matter experts (SMEs) for approval and signature. Maintain active engagement and clear communication with the engineers, SMEs and other team members of the engineering department.
Request the Net Metering, and submit documentation via LUMA’s portal, ensuring submittal package is complete and accurate. Contact clients, via phone, to provide status of the Net Metering request. Receive client’s calls and address its needs providing the outstanding customer service.
