Responsibilities:
Responsible to take demo batches of new products and observe in R&D.
Involves in Hazop discussions and give possible causes and consequences of deviations that might happen in plant based on the observations of demo batches, for the assessment of possible hazards during scale up.
Responsible for performing TVC calculations for Equipment mapping and for calculating area of condenser required as per the procedure to check whether the existing condenser is adequate for the process.
Responsible for doing Material Balance calculations to assess the solid waste, aqueous and organic effluents generated while manufacturing of new products.
Responsible for preparing Batch Production Records (BPR), Validation protocols, Process flow charts, and required documents to complete validation of new products as per Quality Management System.
Responsible for implementing Hazop recommendations and other modifications required in the plant for scale-up of new products.
Responsible for raising Purchase request of raw materials through ERP, required for scale up of new products and get the materials from vendor with all the documents required to qualify the Vendor.
Responsible for taking scale up batches in manufacturing facility as per Batch Production Record.
Responsible for preparing URS of new manufacturing facility proposed in the site, by analyzing equipment required with appropriate specifications, to maximize the output in minimum timeline possible, to meet the market requirement of all the products planned in that new facility.
