Seeking a position as an online, Special Education Teacher. My goal is to individualize curriculum to help students grow to reach their highest potential and meet their goals, in a safe and fun environment. While making the IEP process as calming and supportive as possible. Binding together with the students, families and General Education Teachers to make a successful learning environment.

Worked as a Educational Specialist, as part of the IEP team. I scheduled, wrote, and held IEPs. While working with students on their goals during Specialized Academic Instruction. I enjoyed working with the IEP team to help improve the lives of our students and their families. Inspire Charter School/Blue Ridge Academy: June 2018-June 2021: Working in the virtual setting to hold instruction, Individual Education Plans, assessing, working with parents and General Education Teachers. I enjoy helping families work in the environment they are comfortable in to get the education they deserve.
Duarte Unified School District: June 2017 to June 2018: Worked as a Special Education Teacher. Writing Individual Education Plans, assessing, scheduling therapies and Aide’s schedule, lesson planning, working with parents and the General Ed Teachers. I enjoy modifying curriculum to meet the needs of all my students.
Central School District: October 2015 to June 2017: I worked as a Paraprofessional and a Long Term Substitute Teacher. I did lesson planning, scheduling for aids, provided one on one support. I found my passion for Special Education every time a student learned something new.
Behavioral Autism Therapies: January 2014 to June 2017: I worked as an Applied Behavior Analysis therapist. I went in home with families and on community outings. I helped my clients and families meet goals and learn support skills. I tracked clients progress and worked closely with lead therapists.
