Outlined in the Group Letter are Policies and Guidelines which need to be adhered to by all members of the group: An understanding of these rules prior to your confirmed cruise date will prevent any confusion or inconvenience on behalf of your group members and will ensure everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience aboard the Victory Casino Cruise. Government Issued Photo I.D. or Passport must have to sail! 1. Minimum age allowed is 18 years old to sail and gamble. Must be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. 2. No weapons are permitted onboard, which includes guns and pocket knives. 3. No food or beverages can be brought on ship.

4. All bags and personal belongings are subject to search and security check point. 5. Due to Homeland Security restrictions, no wrapped or sealed packages are allowed on board. 6. Dress code is casual. Shoes and Shirts required. 7. Groups must arrive 1 (one) hour prior to departure time, so please plan accordingly. 8. Upon arrival your group will be assigned a dining room seating arrangement INDIVIDUALLY. No tables may be adjusted for the group.8670

9. Cruise Cancellations, although rare, do occur when seas are rough. The Group leader will be contacted ASAP should the cruise be cancelled, and Victory will rebook for next convenient date. 10. Free Bus Parking available.

Attached Manifest is required by the US Coast Guard with Names, Addresses, and Birthdates. Additions to group Manifest can be made within 72 hours of departure time with payment due at the time of booking, for those individuals. All guests will be required to provide a valid State or Government issued identification to board the vessel. Cancellation:

By the Group: If the Group wishes to cancel cruise reservations made under this Agreement, it must do so in writing to Victory Casino Cruise. Cancellation will be subject to the following restrictions and/or payments: Cancellations by individuals within the group will not be refunded and stay as credits towards future sailings, either from the group or those individuals. Credits may be transferred to another individual or group, with the authorization of the group leader. Cancellations by Victory will be rebooked and the contracted rate will apply. A full refund will be honored if reason stated that a rebooking is not possible due to travel restrictions. Refunds will be processed with the same credit card or by check. Please Initial below:

(Initial) If your group is providing transportation to the ship and has a mishap that causes the group to arrive late to the ship, Victory will not refund deposit. Victory reserves the right to charge the group additional monies if they arrive after the scheduled time of departure. 3

(Initial) Victory reserves the right to deny entry to any passenger that has been deemed as unfit to sail. Any guest denied entry shall assume responsibility for any travel expenses accrued. (Initial) I agree to indemnify and reimburse carrier in the event that Victory elects to advance the cost of emergency medical care, including medical care provided ashore as well as transportation. (Initial) On behalf of my party, I shall assume responsibility for ensuring that all guests within my group are physically fit to travel at the time of embarkation and that no passenger has any medical conditions that would endanger themselves or any passenger or crewmember which could result in a deviation of the voyage. (Initial) Victory reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee shall one be accrued by the transportation company due to any negligence caused by my party.
