WORK EXPERIENCE

Terra Power, Washington USA 03/2022 - Present

Advisory Training Material Specialist

Develop qualification cards, lesson material, train coworkers on the use of LMS, Audit the LMS records to ensure consistency for outside audits, help to determine when training is needed. Develop training using the ADDIE process. Perform PHAs as needed for the site. Took the lead in instructing the Nuclear Safety Culture / Safety Conscience Work Environment to TerraPower. Worked with upper management to become INPO members. Worked with our Training Team Management to help create a more robust training program for TerraPower and Natrium Project. I am the lead training member for the Discipline Training committee for the TerraPower Everett Lab and TerraPower Isotopes department. I’m continuously working on new lesson plan materials for multiple departments and facilities.
