In my work environment and my personal life, I try to live by the “Golden Rule,” do unto others as you would have them do unto you, as much as possible and that it can be applied to most situations. I believe it is not only the things you do that matter, but how you do them. Treating others with respect and trying to omit negativity as much as possible, in turn leads to a positive outcome. Professionally, I enjoy problem solving and coming up with workable and lasting solutions. I have found that being a part of a team working and striving towards goals together is what is most satisfying in the workplace. I hope to be able to be a part of a team striving to successfully meet company goals.

In my last position, I endeavored always to effectively collaborate & communicate with my team as well as other departments to ensure the highest possible quality product was delivered to our stores with the goal of improved outcomes/sales, less shrink and repeat business from a satisfied customer base.
