· Supported two Vice Presidents and six Directors with a team of 40 persons of Visa NeXt Information Access under the Information Services Architecture Dept.—both in the Shared Services Organization

YMCA of the USA, San Mateo, CA

This was a regional field office. The West Field Office was a branch of the National YMCA of Chicago, headquarters for all YMCA’s in America and the International community. I’m a vested member of the National YMCA and serve as a volunteer at my local YMCA, the Peninsula Family YMCA in San Mateo, CA .
· Reported directly to the National Field Consultant for Programs and Director of Administration. Dan Ochs arranged Program Schools throughout the nine Western States. All of his schools certified trainers so that they could train at their local YMCA’s. I assisted and registered all participants that attended program school. Supervised, managed and organized Program Assistant’s duties who worked with me Coordinated and set up conferences for 150 West Field Coordinators for Program Institute Symposium. An event that takes place annually among all of the coordinators in the west filed.
· Managed Program School travel subsidy accounts there were nine schools annually and each one was allocated a percentage of funds from the National YMCA. I had to diligently watch over each account yet provide enough for all of them to take place as the events came up.
· Designed brochure for ‘Program Notes’ an information booklet designed for West Field Program Schools. This is like a school catalog that advertises the courses, times and locations. Lists accurate description of the course, trainer’s comments.
· Assisted with budget planning for all West Field Program Schools, made travel arrangements—scheduled appointments and corresponded with Headquarters Western Program School Administration participant, acted as liaison for Director in his absence EDUCATION and TRAINING
