• PMO Turnaround – Regional Cable Operator: the carrier’s PMO was underperforming and threatening major product and market expansion initiatives with high visibility to and increasing concern by the funding PE firm. I was brought in by the company’s CEO to “reset” the PMO and turn-around failing initiatives. Working closely with leadership and staff across the organization, I was able to reestablish the PMO and address poor coordination across the organization. I was also tasked with the selection of and on-boarding of a new PMO Director and staff. The project was successfully concluded with the CEO thanking me for “doing the heavy lifting.”
• Enterprise Transformation PMO & Program Lead – Global Petrochemical, Procure to Pay/Supply Chain: guided senior leadership in the development, strategy and implementation of a global transformation PMO and led the turn- around, strategy, and implementation of a major digital transformation program for a global chemical manufacturer seeking performance improvements and cost savings of > $100M. ID’d and co-led the formation and implementation of improved P2P and S-curve processes, including data governance, controls, and reporting. Data management was a major limiting factor that needed to be addressed.
• PE Enterprise Transformation: engaged by a private-equity firm to evaluate fragmented transformation initiatives for a large investment in financial distress and develop a coherent transformation strategy.
• Digital Transformation – Int’l Medical Services: Led the turn-around of a failed IT/Enterprise transformation initiative spanning 5 major operational & technology initiatives, service flows, customer support, agile product development processes, and data governance.
• Revenue Assurance – Order to Cash/ Full-Service Telecom: working with CFO and product management, evaluated and redesigned poor performing onboarding, billing, and service management processes to correct $6M in annual losses from process breakages and improve financial governance & controls/SOX.
• Enterprise Transformation – Managed Services: engaged by 2 PE firms to evaluate fragmented transformation initiatives for a large investment in financial distress and develop a coherent transformation strategy in response to increasing competition and large process inefficiencies.
