All these are used during drug discovery to isolate and separate the compounds and carried out UV spectroscopy, NMR and FITR on drugs and plant extract.
Conduction of various assays in animal model. Using animal studies, evaluated plant fractions/isolates to animals. Also able to determine the level of Progesterone, Estrogen, Prolactin, Follicle stimulating hormones (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH).
Acquired skills on result analysis using SPSS, ONE WAY ANOVA and other parameters for analyzing data.
Conducted research in Gastroenterology and Neuroscience.
