Put food timers on everything that is out on the floor to be served. Change every two hours! Transfer foods from freezers to refrigerators, making sure boxes are closed. Stock all paper goods. Cook off of two large big grills. Cooking beef patties, sausage patties, sirloin patties, Canadian bacon, bacon, round eggs, scrambled eggs & folded eggs. Professionally clean the grill which scraper and grill pads! Change temperatures of the grills. Expedite food orders, continually! Properly rotate all foods in freezers, refrigerators & food table. Prepare all breads. Make sure all breads have food timers and are rotated by date. Constantly moving, cleaning, stocking & preparing. Communicating with the coworkers and meeting their immediate needs. Make sure I wear proper colored latex gloves for certain foods & in food preparation.
