my entire life. Starting as a dishwasher at age 14 to earning kitchen Manager by 18 years old.
After a short 3 year stint selling cars, I returned to the restaurant business shifting my focus to
front of house service. I love the fast pace, love the challenges, but most of all I love the people

This was a high volume restaurant with a huge inventory of liquor / specialty drinks. Here I was able to fine tune suggestive selling techniques where I always found myself leading the restaurant in sales each night. Through hard work and dedication I earned my set schedule where I was always placed on the patio where I would have 10 to 18 table sections. On Friday and Saturday night after restaurant closing I would stay and help transition the restaurant to a night club

This is a very high end restaurant where every little detail was just as important as the big. I took every guest on the journey of a life time. From appetizers to wine to the desert everything was the perfect harmony.
