I am applying for the position of Assistant Director of Engineering in your company and I am submitting my CV for your consideration. • Supervising on-site construction and Maintenance activities of the project within the assigned time & cost parameters and ensuring optimum resource utilization to enhance efficiency.

• Proficient in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters.

• Managing quality control / quality assurance for Infrastructure / Engineering projects including High-rise Buildings & Steel Structures, Water & Sewer Network and Transmission lines and Residential & Shopping Complexes.

• Controlling and planning the quality assurance techniques like the inspection and testing programme (ITP). And planning internal Audits as per project requirements and PQP. Quality Control / Quality Assurance:

• Executing projects and ensuring compliance with quality assurance / quality control in project implementation.

• Reviewing operational practice, identifying areas of quality failures and advising process change for improvement.

• Ensuring maintenance & documentation of procedures & work instructions for implementation of projects.

• Conducting quality check of incoming materials and Factory Acceptance Tests.

• Monitoring activities, checking quality compliance with project specification and international standards (BS/AS).

• Performing periodic internal Audits and maintaining the Quality of work at regular check.

• Controlling a Technical team of engineers for forwarding RFQ to the sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Negotiating with the sub-contractors & suppliers on price and updating the Quantity Survey / Estimation dept.

• Finalizing sub-contractors/suppliers and securing pre-qualification & material data sheet, mills certificate, etc.

• Forwarding sub-contractors/ suppliers' documents to the consultant and acquiring approval.

• Coordinating with the site execution engineers/foremen on quality awareness for reducing non-conformance.

• Preparing corrective action and prevention reports for closure of non-conformities. I would like to set up a time where we can meet and discuss my background further.
