Responsible for training and preparing the companies professional group of purchasing to transition from 7 different ERP’s to the new tool Ivalua which has generated the decommission of all systems currently used to do all purchasing tasks. New tool contains key indicators, metrics of all transactions and the best way to manage tasks for all purchases made for the company. Launched project with North America, US, Canada and Mexico, savings of 4 FTE’s.
Achievement: KPI’s created with global visibility reducing waste and time by 55% of all purchasing group 70 FTE’s
Manager - Accounts Payable, Treasury, Vendor Master Data/ Shared Services Center (Imerys) Nov 2019 – Sep 2023
Responsible for transitioning and leading 3 core teams Accounts Payable/Vendor Master Data/Treasury for 29 positions in all 3 different groups from Atlanta, Georgia in US to the newly created Shared Services Center located in Guadalajara. Setting teams that ensured to meet SLA and TAT s for all 3 teams for all North american regions (Mexico, Canada, United States) servicing 61 entities.. Providing Global technical support for internal and external customers and employees for service tools (Basware/RunMyProcess/Cherwell) developing monthly Key Process Indicators and launched 7 projects saving 3 FTE’s.
Achievement: Increased supplier payments from checks to ACH initially at 56% (3600) to 90% (600) reducing yearly costs by 300K USD of savings.
Supervisor/Manager Accounts Payable Global Disbursements/SOC (Panduit) March 2017 – Oct 2019
Responsible for leading a team that ensured SLA and TAT s for the processes of Global Disbursements/Accounts Payable, Invoice reconciliation, change management, Order management, and Payment expedites for countries: U.S, Latin America (7 countries), Costa Rica, Canada, Mexico, Rest of Asia Pacific (ROAP/5 countries) and Europe (EMEA/6 entities). Provided Global technical support for Purchasing, Sourcing and Manufacturing service lines across all countries. Developed new monthly Key Process Indicators with outstanding results, launched 2 projects saving 4 FTE’s. Created weekly reports to transform the unpaid invoices out of TAT into target and steady state. Supporting dispatch for Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Costa Rica.
Achievement: Successful transfer of Global Accounts payable from Costa Rica and Rest of Asia Pacific to Guadalajara, drove savings of .5MD through yearly saved discounts to the company and labor efficiencies.

Responsible for leading a team that ensured SLO for the processes of Accounts Payable, Invoice reconciliation, change management, Order placement, and Payment expedites for countries: U.S, SSA (7 countries) and Canada. Provided technical support for HW service line across all countries. Developed new monthly metrics with outstanding results, launched 2 projects saving 2 FTE’s. Created weekly reports to transform the orders out of target into target and steady state. Dispatched accounts for Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Uruguay and Colombia.
Achievement: Successful transfer of Asset Management from Argentina to Guadalajara, drove savings of 1MD through work absorption and labor efficiencies.
Materials Supply Assurance Lead (IBM) February 2007 – August 2011
Lead an international team of professionals who worked with commodity suppliers, global logistics and an outsource manufacturer to ensure supply continuity for IBM System X brand. Responsible for closing all material shortages in an expeditious manner to meet all customer service level agreements. Drove closure to the site 13 week forecast and worked with suppliers to increase their supply and hub stock to meet the required demand.
Achievement: Outstanding deal with customer Disney that was delivered for over 20 MDD.
Materials Planner / (HP) November 2006 – January 2007
Planning (MRP) for HDD’s and Miscellaneous mechanical parts, placing required purchase orders to International and local vendors, managing a diversity of products, handling forecast and analyzing supply, making a yearly pipeline, submitting expedites on ship dates to fulfill timely deliveries. Management of Vendor Managed Inventory with Asia Pacific, Brazil and U.S.
Achievement: Reduced overall inventory from 15mdd to 1.2mdd implementing and applying RFID
Planner/Buyer (IBM) January 2000 – November 2006
Customer Service Representative, responsible for monthly metrics and fulfilling emergency and past due orders. Responsible for the flow of customer requirements from an end to end perspective providing proper and timely status to customers. Collaborated with manufacturing, production material and Engineering staff to keep lowest levels of inventory reducing it from 20mdd to 2.3mdd. Managed forecast and supply pipeline for International and Local vendors.
