Also, interfacing with the customer, both locally and International, and with the internal plant; ensuring a great working relationship with both. Problem solving to make sure projects were completed in a timely fashion and that the customer was always satisfied.

ASSEMBLEY COORDINATOR YATES INDUSTRIES 10/2019 – 10/2021

Oversee hydraulic cylinder assemblies. To make sure the cylinders are manufactured efficiently and deliveries are kept on schedule to various customers.

PROGRAM MANAGER/PROJECT COORDINATOR RCO ENGINEERING 7/2013 - 5/2019

Managed various prototype, low-volume production tooling and assembly projects from start-to-finish. Coordinated with customers and internal plant to ensure customers’ specifications are met. Creatively assisted customer with problem-solving if any issues or concerns arose. Budgeted costs from the quote and purchase orders. Worked closely with program contacts at Ford Motor, General Motors, FCA, IAC, Lear, Faurecia and Magna managing door panels, seat components, I/P Panels, door, console and I/P assemblies.

Oversaw multi- injection molding programs and helped launch production molding programs. Also coordinated externally and internally on each program phase supporting mold tryouts with significant customer interaction.
