•My duties were developing, qualifying, testing new molds to have it ready for production.

•Assist Process Engineer and take lid in developing new robust injection molding processes, and procedures. On new mold or new product, with proper training and clear direction and or guidance from process Engineer

•Perform routine mold changes and be capable of processing and understanding a wide range of thermoplastic materials.

•Check and set-up all auxiliary equipment including dryers, thermolators, chillers, hot runner, temperature controls and material loaders.

•Ability to detect and diagnose surface defects of product such as cracks, splay, sink, drag lines blemishes, color variation and flash.

•Responsible for work orders request for inspection, tooling and maintenance and continue on follow up on commit date given by project owner.

•Participate in process development team, PSP,kaisen,to trouble -shoot process related issues and determine root- cause of failure and process variation in manufacturing process.

•Perform 5 S as a daily routine.

•Completion of RJG and Routsis upon request,
