•My duties were developing, qualifying, testing new molds to have it ready for production.

•Ability to detect and diagnose surface defects of product such as cracks, splay, sink, drag lines blemishes, color variation and flash.

•Responsible for work orders request for inspection, tooling and maintenance and continue on follow up on commit date given by project owner.

•Participate in process development team, PSP,kaisen,to trouble -shoot process related issues and determine root- cause of failure and process variation in manufacturing process.

•Perform 5 S as a daily routine.
