Own and operate a family chain of profit generating businesses which are focused on providing

services and catering to the needs of the average individual including but not exclusive to fast

foods featuring cuisine popular to the Gulf Coast region. Children entertainment such as roller

skating rinks, dance halls and early evening amusent centers. With a long range goal of

founding a nationally known restaurant chain by the name of “Kilo’s Kitchen’s”.

Seven years intermittent employment working for the family cosmetology business performing

beautician responsibilities. Extremely personable with a flair for making customers

feel comfortable and feel welcome.

Secretary 2 years experience as secretary business duties included

filing, general supplies reordering, billing and job completion survey reviews. Arranging all

necessary accommodations for the operation off a software generation company based in Mobile

Alabama.

Food Service Attendant duties included ordertaking, food preparation and general restaurant

maintenance duties.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING:

Hands on experience in Microsoft Windows 98, Windows 95 and Windows 2000.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer.

PERMITS: Valid Alabama food handlers permit.
