• Manage all validation activities in Quality control for effective new product introduction and cost improvement activities ensure only incoming materials (raw and packaging), semi-finished and finished products meets all specification are recommended for release and usage on site

• Audit daily work flow to ensure that all operations are in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives

• Ensure the laboratory establishes and maintains a calibration program for testing equipment that affect quality results and inference.

• Monitor inventory and ordering supplies (chemicals, reagents, media, PPE, Glass wares e.t.c) receipt, storage and withdrawal as necessary.

• Manages self-inspection processes for Quality control so as to ensure all the Quality systems are compliant and robust

• Provide all necessary technical information required for on time registration of existing and new products by NAFDAC and other regulatory bodies

• Oversee day -to-day laboratory operations, including task scheduling, resource allocation clean-up and maintenance.

• Manages stability samples for collection, retrieval, analysis, generation of protocol and report for prompt NAFDAC registration and ongoing shelf-life monitoring.

• Release all finished products on SAP to warehouse after meeting specification and authorized by the head, Quality.

• Release/rejection of raw materials, packaging materials and intermediate/finished products as designate to the Head, Quality for process continuity.

• Effective collaboration with team and cross functional partners during investigation associated with deviation.

• Lastly, manages and supervises Quality Control activities in Sygen pharmaceuticals limited.
