•Scan in floor batches on the IBML, E-Series and 150 machines.

Floor OPEX Truncation

•Pick up all completed bundles from the OPEX extractors.

•Ensure all Non-Healthcare and Healthcare batches are truncated in their respective areas and NEVER combined together.

•Scan all batches in the QuickStat program to ensure all the batch are ready for truncation.

•Assign all batches to a physical tray.

•Scan all work into the truncation program while ensuring the digital and physical locations are matching

•Take all physical trays and store them in the correct location in the CAP Room.

•Correctly jog and run all work through the envelope opener. Always check with the lead for them to opened from the top or bottom.

•Refill all Batch Headers when needed.

•Identify gaps in the process and escalate to management with suggestions to resolve the gap.

Training New Hires

•I trained new hires for the CAP Room truncation role and all the details that pertain to that role.

•They responded very well and picked up everything I showed them quickly. They thank me all the time and tell everybody how well I trained them.

Mail Room

•Received mail from mail drop.

•Set up and operate the APEX and Mail Matrix machines.

•Pull mail from bins into trays / make tags for trays.

•Look up work on through the hand-sort tool.
