My title is customer service and sales agent (CCRD) in the mortgage department. I am in an incoming call center environment handling customer mortgage needs. I accept their payments and if they need to apply extra payments towards the principal or escrow I assist them with that as well. I help with updating the insurance information by calling various insurance agencies. I will break down the escrow information so that the customer can understand what is going on with the insurance and their taxes. Customers may call for certain documents we will fax it to them if there is a correction to be made we will open a case. Customers needing modification or loan forbearance are transferred to the appropriate department to get these issues taken care of in a timely manner. We sell products to our customer.

I have been with Bank of America for over seven years. I started in the online banking assisting customer with their ids', (Pass codes’) and troubleshooting issues. Afterwards worked in the customer service environment utilizing several systems such as: BOSS, LEAN, COIN and other verifying systems in order to verify the customer's identification. I assisted customers with their accounts, waived fees, transferred funds and provided documents for them. I was later trained in the fulfillment department. This department was responsible for setting up new accounts. We would verify information about our customer using a system called (ACCURINT) this system would give us the latest information about our customer.

2002-2003 BLANKENSHIP AERO

I opened and managed a company branch in Jacksonville, Florida for Blankenship Aero out of Grand Prairie, Texas. My duties were to go to all of the car dealerships and sell car products and set up dates to install the product. I was on salary plus commission per each unit I sold. I flew into Texas for training which lasted 4 weeks involving installation and selling techniques. I would have to keep in touch with my area supervisor out of Texas with reported sales and cost.

My duties were to open the store with the manager as I was being trained for the position of Assistant Manager. I would then set up the jewelry display. We then began making loans on the products and also process payday loans with their

checking account I would verify banking information and risk before processing the loan. We sold items and also purchased items for the store.
