U.S. ARMY COMMUNICATIONS-ELECTRONICS COMMAND (CECOM), MD Serve as the Integrated Logistics Support Manager across US Army CECOM. Direct sustainment strategy for the Standardized Integrated Command Post Shelter suite, supporting multiple key systems, including the Command Post Platform, Trailer-Mounted Support System – M/L, Rigid Wall Shelters, and Tactical Mission Command Systems. Lead SICPS/CPI2 logistical operations, improve stock availability, minimize back orders, and manage equipment excess reduction. Develop and enforce acquisition protocols such as LCSPs, RBOM, PWS, and SOW. Contribute to the team's PPBE development, managing resources across OMA, OPA, AWCF, OCO, and RDT&E appropriations. Collaborated with Industrial Engineering to address SICPS obsolescence via a robust DMSMS Program, bolstering depot maintenance and SICPS weapons systems overhauls.

U.S. ARMY PEO C3T, PM MISSION COMMAND

Served as Fielding Manager in the Readiness Management Division (RMD), Materiel Fielding Branch (MFB) for Fires Support Command and Control (FSC2) and Tactical Digital Media (TMD) products with direct oversight of Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA), Operations, Training, and New Equipment Fielding (NEF). Develop hardware and software requirements, fielding and training schedules based on funding availability from Headquarters Department of the Army (HODA), PEO C3T, and PM MC. Acquires, tracks, and maintains visibility for all product software for FSC2 and TMD to include, but not limited to Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems (AFATDS), and numerous other situational awareness capabilities to support the war-fighter and joint forces.
