24 years total experience at Cement Plants, as detail below: 1.Currently Working in RAK CEMENT COMPANY, UAE From 07/02/2020 Working as a process controller responsible for operating all CCR units (Raw Mill,Cement Mill, Coal Mill and KILN) in a rotating shift.

Responsibilities

i)- To maintain smooth operation.

ii)- Handling oil, coal and gas firing

system.

iii)- Maintaining record of plant operation parameters. vi)- Adopt environmental control measures.

v)- To achieve the quality and production targets on priority basis. vi)- Responsible for operational trouble shooting during shift. 2.Pharaon Commercial Investment Group Limited

(Management contactor, Beni Saf Cement Plant Algeria) From May 05, 2007 upto date 06/08/2019

Working as Shift Manager at Beni Saf Cement Plant Algeria having rated capacity of 3000 t/day and upgraded capacity 3600 t/day.

Responsibilities & Nature of activities.

Work on a rotating shift basis, day night, Supervise & manage the activities of 08 to 12 hourly production employees and all shift worker. Maximize production and ensure the efficient operation of the equipments in alignment with operational objective & achieve Group Pharaon objectives and annual targets. Educate S.CI.B.S production employees that how to implement the cost reduction measures in operation. Promote safe work habits and safe work environment. Ensure compliance with environmental, process, and all products quality standards. Administer the collective agreement, company and especially Group Pharaon policies and procedure. Investigate equipment failure and organize repair work as required and information pass to all concerns. Coordinate shift activities with other Shift Managers to increase continuity of operation. Surprise all bricks lining and castable work during shutdown. Director Production and Director General are reported & informed about all shift efficiency & activities.

3.Pioneer Cement

13-10-2006 tell 04-05-2007 working as ASSISTANT MANAGER PRODUCTION in

Pioneer Cement having total capacity of 4200 T/D through PLC control. Responsibility and job description at PIONEER CEMENT. i)- Over all incharge of plant during the absence of Senior Executive. ii)- Under the guidance of Manager production, to achieve production targets keeping in view the quality and cost.

iii)- Supervise the Production / Quality Control / Electrical / Mechanical / Instrument staff in shift.

iv)- Thoroughly check / Visit all plant and make necessary arrangement (as per requirement).

v)- Study Log Sheets, Shift Report & instructions of the previous shift. vi)- Check attendance of all working staff in my shift and arrangement to be made accordingly.

vii)- Responsible for smooth / un-interrupted operation of the plant. viii)- Plant data collection and summary of production calculations, endorsement in shift register, communicate to General Manager & Manager Production. ix)- In case of any fault / accident fully authorized to take timely decision for remedial action and ensure the safety of human and machinery. x)- In case of any accident, major break down, to informed the concerned seniors, well informed in time according to the conditions. xi)- During stoppages Kiln refractory inspection lining supervision and is responsible for quality / quantity of work.

xii)- To arrange availability of raw material, corrective material as per requirements of the Laboratory as and when required. xiii)- Responsible for the safety of Human and Machinery. xiv)- Authorization of isolation / De-isolation of plant equipment. xv)- Proper handing & taking over the charge to be ensured. xvi)- Ensure no machinery / utilities to be operated unnecessary. xvii)- Responsible for submission of daily report to Manager Production in accordance with prescribed procedure.

Two years experience in Best Way Cement which is the unit of UK in Pakistan having rated capacity of 3300 t/day and upgraded capacity 3800 t/day with off line P.C (M.F.C) through PLC control system. Working as a TECHNICAL OFFICER.

v)- To achieve the quality and production targets on priority basis. vi)- Responsible for operational trouble shooting during shift. 5.Army Welfare Trust Nizampur Cement Plant (AWTNCP) Dated: 07-06-2004 upto 02-11-2004

Worked at AWT Nizampur Cement Plant as Kiln Process Controller having total capacity of 4400 T/D with in line P.C (D.D.F) through D.C.S control system.
