Senior Agile Coach and Development Manager

Designed an enterprise-wide program to train over 46 IT teams in Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Authored an Agile Took kit that provided self-serve education. Condensed the training program from 6 months to 2 days with hands on coaching to follow. Trained over 300 employees in various roles to include Software Development Teams as well as roles of Scrum Master, Product Owners and Executive Leadership. Received an average of excellent satisfaction ratings.

Managed and coached 14 leaders with diverse roles including Scrum Masters, Program Managers and Project Managers to elevate team performance for delivering new products, system enhancements and continuous improvement. Because of the success in this role, I was chosen by leadership to serve as a Project Manager in the IT Project Management Office for the company’s highest priority project.

Led 5 technical projects implementing new vendors for services. Led the implementation for service desk outsourcing which included infrastructure, procedures and training. Drove information security software installations for over 2000 employees. All projects were managed simultaneously. Cost saving resulting in multi-millions and met timeline and budget goals.

IT Systems Manager

Coached 3 teams of 36 employees with various roles including Engineers, Systems Analysts, Quality Testing Engineers and Business Analysts as they developed new products, enhanced existing products and maintained stewardship of existing systems. Employee survey results were the best in the company. The VP of the division credited this openly to my relationship building and respect earned from the teams.

Member of division leadership team representing 7 technical development teams. Provided input on prioritization, financial data, and proposed new ideas.

Selected to temporarily manage all the Business Analysts in IT during a major re-organization due to relationship building strengths.
