Currently, working at Lesotho China Fellowship Collegiate. As a lecturer I am engaged in teaching the AS and A-Level Students Business courses that prepare them for the entry at any university.

I have worked as a lecturer at the National University of Lesotho, in the Department of Language and Social Education (LASED):
Duties and responsibilities were to:
• Teach Business Accounting, Business Studies and other Business Education courses to students-teachers as lecturer at the above University
• Teach, supervise and provide consultation to postgraduate diploma students in Business Education (PGDE) and Research courses
• Teach using online platforms and provide students with inline academic support
• Facilitate online interactions of students with their peers
• Teach and supervise undergraduate students conducting a mini-secondary research project
• Prepare students-teachers for teaching practices and observing and assessing them
• Participate in the work related programmes such Entrepreneurship education and STEP
• be involved in research activities of the Department of Language and Social Education in the Faculty of Education
• Liaise with other staff members in designing modules suitable for online teaching and learning.
• Undertake educational research in the subject area and other relevant areas
• Develop curriculum for use in the Departmental Unit in line with university’s policies and CHE requirements
• Conduct research, extensively engaged in conducting and analysing both quantitative and qualitative data (Using mixed methods approach in my current PhD study)
• Liaise and holding workshops for Business education teachers with Department of Business Administration (DBA) lecturers, helping them with certain topics and way of teaching and assessing
• Be engaged in the teaching of Entrepreneurship Training offered by REPSSI PROJECT at National University of Lesotho as an in-service programme.
• Engaged in item writing for LGSCE Accounting exam papers for Examinations Council of Lesotho.

I have worked as a Curriculum developer in the Ministry of Education and Training in Lesotho during this period.
As a Curriculum Developer at the National Curriculum Development Centre: Duties and responsibilities were to:
Prepare strategic plan for Pannel that constitutes the organisational strategic plan
• Develop curricula for both secondary and primary schools in relation to education policy of Lesotho
• Advise the ministry on matters relating to future needs in respect to supply of teachers, school facilities and teaching and learning materials
• Supervise, oversee and contribute to the development of curricula and other policies of thee education service and development of quantitative and qualitative indicators of performance relating to the education policies
• Identify and arrange logistics issues for the dissemination amongst educational establishments of information and training about good practice in respect of management, administration, teaching and learning
• Design, organise, and provide training and support programmes for principals and teachers and other stakeholders
• Design and develop guidelines, procedures and tools to be used during training sessions
• Identify aspects of curriculum in which there is a need for teaching and learning materials and other resources and arranged
• Monitor the implementation of the curricula and other education polices through inspection of educational establishment in relation to agreed indicators of performance and developed plans to address challenges in the implementation of these policies
• Lead, oversee, guide and mentor teachers work regularly and timeously and mange different follow-up schedules for implementation.
• Collaborate with teacher-training institutions in the development and dissemination of curriculum reforms
• Collaborate and liaise with other institutions internationally and nationally on matters on pertaining to curriculum
• Train and mentor subject matter experts in the design and development of interactive academic materials for learning.
• Train personnel from relevant stakeholders institutions on curriculum reforms
• Liaise with the relevant stakeholders in the matters relating to curriculum reform.
