Responsible for the overall success of the program for ITAM (IT Asset Management) global program. The overall program was to support IT Asset provisioning within Google for the enterprise level ‘Nooglers’ (FTE & Contract staff) in North America.

Provisioning consisted of several delivery functions whereby self-service and on-demand assets were made available through the applications that my team helped sustain, maintain and evolve during these releases.

Led the successful completion of three releases which compromised of new enhancements, product modifications, new features and customized processes within the Hybris UI/UX journey, as well as the SAP MM, FICO, SRM and SCM business flows.

Drove and oversaw the full lifecycle of Application Development/Sustainability – worked closely with the Post-Production support teams (KLO) to manage the cutover of the new functionality but create, maintain and modify support synergies between the hand-off’s from Dev to Support. Worked hand-in-hand with the KLO leadership to better define key processes and operating functions to decrease the number of tickets/alerts being generated – decreased the number of incidents from 1000’s to 10’s, a marked effectiveness and efficiency of almost 90%.

Led a team of two Program Managers, BA’s, Engineer’s, Technical and Functional Consultants as part of the overall team of FTE’s and TechM staff members.

The two Program Managers were responsible and managed the work effort/intake for the Hybris and SAP groups respectively. My success was derived from the effectiveness of the whole team which approximated to a total of 30 members (Consultant & FTEs). The team consisted of on-shore and off-shore members.

Assisted and led the Testing Strategy and Planning efforts for S/4HANA migration with selective data transition, with support from a dedicated S4HANA team.

Leverage existing test automation tools to automate testing during S4HANA optimization efforts with Infrastructure changes.

Led and provided essential data points to reporting to senior leadership on the progress of the project on a monthly basis; as well as managing/creating and providing editorial inputs to essential project documentation for example: Release Readiness, Release Notes, Project Status Report, Gantt Charts and Project Plans.
