Lab manager over seeing the entire lab with 70 direct reports. Worked with managers from all departments within the hospital and built lasting relationships. LabCorp bought all of Ascension labs and I thought it would be a good time to try something new. I enjoy my Applications Consultant role, however, there is too much travel and I enjoy working across collaborative departments within the hospital.
I am eager to anticipate the needs of my clients and have shown repeated success in working with everyone.
I was involved in the building of seven labs over the course of my tenure at Ascension and enjoyed working with the engineers and all the trades. It taught me about how each job role has their importance and it is imperative to listen to the experts.
