Monitor the work order system; assign monthly PM/daily work orders as needed. Also monitor the work order system to verify that work orders do not go beyond completion dates. Scheduling/coordinating all critical maintenance (CM), to include the scheduling of engineer staff to accommodate after hours work during the CM and assure adequate staffing for normal daily operations while CM is being performed.
