Why I quit:

The company failed to comply with the employment regulations of Washington state by providing unstable working hours and inadequate breaks. Employees were required to waive their legal rights to take lunch breaks, which resulted in longer working hours without adherence to relevant guidelines. This situation led to dissatisfaction, and I made the decision to resign after sustaining an injury due to improper care. Why I quit:

I resigned due to unfair treatment by other employees, a biased work environment, and difficulty in taking proper breaks. I often had to skip breaks to attend to urgent matters without coverage. Despite discussing with supervisors, I didn't receive proper breaks. I was also asked to resign after trying to stop shoplifters, which is against policy. I believe in helping with loss prevention but felt uncomfortable with the rules around shoplifting. Along with decision of being offered another job, with better wages, hours.
