● Communicated with AAs, other Area Managers, higher-ups, and support teams to ensure the facility ran efficiently, building goals were met, and any issues were given action items to prevent them in the future

● Analyzed trailer and quality data to bring in and send out trailers that would help the facility meet its shift goals, help prepare future shifts, and decrease the number of quality defects

● Was the #1 Area Manager in the Pallet Load department based on the average number of pallets sent out relative to paid AA hours, saving costs for the company

● Followed through with multiple projects involving a variety of teams to improve the entire site Operations and Systems Analyst Intern Up In The Chair, Remote September 2022 – December 2022

● Reorganized ClickUp, a project management system used by Up In The Chair (UPTC), and streamlined the manual that employees follow when they use UPTC's ClickUp page

● Cleaned over 500 records of data in HubSpot, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system used by UPTC, analyzed this data in Excel and Tableau to optimize UPTC's customer relations and improve UPTC's marketing, and integrated this with ClickUp to streamline business processes

● Organized website feedback, created a process workflow, and used WordPress to create a more efficient design for UPTC's website
