Staff Nurse Utilization Management

Retired from Anmed health after ** years of service. My role started out as staff nurse as an LPN approx. 5 months before I graduated from TCTC IN March 1994. I worked my way up to charge nurse on a tele. Unit 18 beds. Our unit then required a larger unit and was moved to a 32 bed unit progressive/ tele. Bed. This unit was designated as the unit for post-op open heart patients coming from CICU. After some years, I moved to a position in Utilization Management and then retired 12 yrs. Later.
