I am highly organized, dedicated and commitment to pursue a career in project management. I possess a strong interpersonal skill, demonstrating the utmost discretion and integrity when dealing with matters of concerns. I have had a good performance from all my previous position. Buba had worked on healthcare projects in Medical Research Council, the Gambia particular on clinical trials as a study nurse responsible for recruiting study participants, collect study specific data and monitoring patients on trial drugs as may be necessary.

In 2014 I switch from clinical research to Climate change project and worked on the GCCA support project to the Gambia where I had assisted the coordinator and the Technical assistance service in developing the National climate change policy for the country.

As a project officer I have been very instrumental in conducting national and regional climate change activities such as regional sensitisation, arranging for national workshops and preparing the event report. I was also part of the technical assistance team who developed the national strategy programme for climate resilient for the country at the Ministry of Environment Climate change and Natural resources responsible for operations and logistics for the TA component.
