Help other servers run drinks or take orders for their tables while they're busy since we are in a tip-pool & work as a team

Work private BEO events cocktailing and passing out hors d'oeuvres a few times a month as well as other promotional DJ events

When serving liquor bottles (mostly on weekends), immediately get a card with a matching ID on file to open their tab pouring responsibly, and staying attentive

Complete closing work (Silverware, cleaning section, organizing and restocking server stations, or cleaning bar & all bottles, putting away juices, garnishes or anything that shouldn't be left out) before counting any cash I might have for the cash drop & filling out the tip pool binder.
