Safety Management Experience:

• Developed and implemented a safety responsibility and accountability program tied to performance evaluations for all workers, supervisors, and managers.

• Developed effective safety cultures by utilizing Total Quality Management principles, which empower the employees to become part of the process, part of the solution, and therefore part of the safety culture.

• Wrote a comprehensive safety manual, hazardous communications program, and employee safety handbook to ensure a clear understanding of the company’s and OSHA’s safety requirements.

• Established hazard assessment (AHA) and job safety analysis (JSA) procedures as part of the proactive approach to safety.

• Developed and established accident investigation procedures to determine the root causes of all accidents.

• Accident Investigation and Hazard Assessment training was provided to all supervisors & managers.

• Developed 26 specific training programs, as well as, OSHA 10 - and 30-hour training programs to meet specific industry needs.
