Clients include:
Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) — Wrote RFP requirements to consolidate multiple Radiology Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS) into a single system for three British Columbia Health Authorities. My role included creating a robust and concise RFP and participated in planning and drafting RFP requirements within tight deadlines. Also edited the Briefing Note and Business Case and ensured RFP requirements aligned with program outcomes by working closely with the Program Director, program team and key stakeholders for the project.
Highmark, Inc. —Managed, developed and wrote a broad range of health and wellness management client-facing materials for Highmark sales, marketing and clinical client relations. Health care plan projects included proposals, articles, award applications and executive presentations. My key role was to influence new and existing Highmark clients using salient messages about the Highmark health care management plans.
Crown Castle International— Developed, wrote, edited, and managed proposal materials, including new content, templates, boilerplate, graphics, and resumes in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for state and local government agencies and municipalities
GAI Consultants, Inc.—Developed, wrote, and edited wide range of marketing materials, including proposals, website content, brochures, ads, and press releases for this environmental and engineering consulting firm
Pfizer, Inc. —Developed and wrote RFPs for various projects within the company. Played integral role in managing responses to RFPs. Coordinated and facilitated the evaluation process of responses
ChemImage Corporation— Developed, wrote, edited, and managed proposals in response to US government agencies, including DoD, DOE, HSARPA, DTRA, and NIH

Leybold Vacuum Products—Launched a series of employee communications materials for worldwide distribution to employees and customers. Led the development of various marketing materials including press releases, ads, brochures, spec sheets, catalogs, customer presentations and strategies.
McDonald’s Corporation—Researched, wrote, and worked closely with graphic designers on several operations and training manuals for managers of McDonald’s Corporation.
Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA)—Developed and wrote a variety of proposals for government contracts. Worked closely with engineers to develop strategies and create graphics for technical procedures.
Westinghouse Corporation—Played an integral role in a three-year proposal effort for the Army’s chemical demilaritization program. Responsibilities included developing, researching and writing executive summaries, and technical, management and past performance volumes.
