I was promoted to Director of Facilities after serving as Facilities Manager for six months. A summary of my duties includes: Manage the facilities at all 20 Lake Ridge Bank locations. These responsibilities include supervising staff and vendors on all maintenance which includes HVAC, boilers, furnaces, plumbing, electrical, AC, roofing, grounds, cleaning, new construction, remodels, etc. I interface with the Board of Directors, Building Committee, and Executive Management Team to facilitate and implement approved projects, land & building acquisitions, vendor management, security, vendor contracts, hiring/firing/supervision of staff, repairs, disaster recovery lead member, etc. During my time here, I have developed a Preventative Maintenance Plan (PMP) on all mechanicals, created a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for my position as well as the Facilities Assistant position. I absolutely love my job as Director, but would like to relocate to Alabama to be closer to family and enjoy the area of the United States that my wife and I take most of our vacations, Alabama!

I was promoted to Director of Facilities after serving six months as Facilities Manager.

I resigned my position in teaching in WI to move to AZ in 2015 to care for my mother, who was ill. I worked as a Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Surprise. Duties included: Inspections of properties, enforcing codes/rules, plan daily reviews/inspections including residential and commercial; worked to correct inspection violations, issued stop work orders that started without a permit, were not to code, or deemed unsafe. Writing reports for Board of Directors was an integral part of my position. I managed office staff at city headquarters, worked with 25,000 residents to resolve issues, consulted with city attorneys to pursue violators, inspected properties before they went for sale, etc. I left this position to return to WI when my responsibilities with my ill mother ended.

I managed all these properties while maintaining full-time work status as a teacher.
