1.Manage the fulfillment of client orders in collaboration with SCMS field office staff and managers including the creation of sales orders in Orion, Odoo, and Oms based on approved client orders (PQs) and the creation of delivery notes in Orion in collaboration with the IM and field office staff.
2.Collaborate with the demand planning team and field office staff for ongoing order management by working with the IM and Quantification Adviser (QA) to develop alternative delivery plans as needed.
3.Create and manage sales orders and delivery notes (transactions) in Orion including dates, quantities, and notations on order fulfillment history.
4.Execute clear and concise communication to ensure the PMO, RDC, FO, and clients are operating in sync regarding ARV orders.
5.Work with the IM in managing RDC stocks including the allocation of stock to client orders, both scheduled and emergency orders.
6.Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to effectively problem solve on behalf of logistically complex customers and tracking and reporting the status of inventory, orders, and shipments.
