I'm an HR Leader dedicated to create positive and inclusive cultures where people can grow and thrive. With experience in the Energy, FMCG, and Chemicals industries, I have successfully delivered transformational change and world-class HR services that drive results and adhere to best practices. My solid academic background in Industrial Relations and Labor Economics, coupled with an Executive MBA, helps me design and implement organizational transformations and restructuring initiatives with strategic workforce planning.
Currently, as the Regional HR Director at Ravago, I lead HR functions for Turkey and EMEA, overseeing 1700 employees. I have successfully restructured HR functions to align them with the Global P&C Community, creating a globally aligned, data-driven, and strategic organization that provides a world- class HR experience.
I also partnered with business leaders to drive change and achieve financial goals through strategic workforce planning and change management processes. Before joining Ravago, I worked for Ege Holding as Head of HR where I led successful organizational transformations and restructuring projects, aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive success.
In addition to my professional achievements, I have contributed to the Ethical Committee at PERYON, the People Management Association of Turkey and serve on the Board of KIPLAS, the Turkish Chemical, Petroleum, Rubber and Plastics Industry Employers’ Association.
