I am currently in the process of finishing a bachelor’s degree after a time of hardship and am looking to find a job in customer service or business analytics to further my education and gain real world insight into the business world. I have had much experience of marketing for large businesses, working in fast-paced environments, and being resourceful in high volume times in office. I am looking for a job with reasonable accommodation for my physical disability or a remote job that offers equipment as part of the hiring process.

UNCP Residence and Housing: Residential Advisor
January 2024-current
As a UNCP residence and housing residential advisor I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of students assigned to my residence hall, I served as a resource and support system for students living on campus. I fostered a positive and inclusive living environment by organizing educational programs, enforcing university policies, and responding to any emergencies or concerns that arise. In addition to my other leadership responsibilities, I also served as a mentor and advocate for residents, helping them navigate the challenges of college life and promoting personal growth and development. I was also responsible for monitoring supply inventory, ordering supplies, maintaining household records, room assignments updates and changes as well as participating in on-call duty rotations.

As a supplemental instructor for UNCP Thomas College of Business and Economics, I assisted students' academic success by providing additional instruction and guidance outside of regular class hours. I utilized my deep understanding of the subject matter and effective teaching strategies, to assist students in grasping complex concepts, improving their study skills, and enhancing their overall learning experience. I facilitated group discussions, conducted review sessions, and offered personalized assistance to struggling student. I was also required to provide helpful insight during class by way of topic discussions developed by the professor.

I served as member of the Lumberton Housing Authority I received invaluable hands-on experience and was exposed to a wide range of responsibilities including assisting with tenant services, conducting property inspections, and participating in community outreach events. I learned about affordable housing initiatives and the challenges facing underserved populations in the Lumberton area. I assisted with a variety of duties from budget to determination of applicants’ eligibility and tenants continual eligibly for assisted housing programs. I assisted with the preparation of repots on inspection and answered questions regarding application statuses.

While working at Copart, as a Customer Service Representative, I actively engaged in face-to-face interactions with customers, utilizing company resources to gather information and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. In addition to this, I proactively contacted clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information, organized and filed documents according to specific criteria, processed incoming and outgoing mail, and effectively read and interpreted various reports and documents. I frequently handled large sums of money therefor I insured I maintained meticulous records of funds transactions.
I proficiently utilized Microsoft Excel to update reports, prepared correspondence in Microsoft Word, and created concise weekly reports using PowerPoint. Furthermore, I ensured the accurate completion of sale documents and diligently performed any additional duties as assigned. I also effectively coordinated claims with multiple agencies based on customer situations and utilized internal computer programs to track vehicles and maintain notes in compliance with company policy.
