I am a passionate General Manager with a 3+ years experience in running a center of its kind. We take care of more than 5,000 children with disabilities and approximately 2400 families in Tanzania. I have managed to develop and implement new programs with a success record of 95%. In the past three years, the number of children registered at the center has increased rapidly by 45%. I strive for quality and apply processes and discipline towards optimizing performance. General Manager; Sibusiso Foundation - Center for children with mental disabilities, Arusha, Tanzania — Jan 2019 - present Key Responsibilities:
• implementation & running of the new program; the Knowledge Center, in collaboration with the government and ministry of education
• successful travel to all regions of Tanzania, training all special needs and social welfare officers on issues disabilities and inclusion, and afterwards running over 50 trining sessions for over 2,000 different special needs professionals; therapists, teachers, social workers, caregivers, parents amang others.
