Senior Project Manager: $12M, 19K sf renovation/expansion of the historic Embassy No.10, on behalf of the DC Department of General Services. Managed all aspects of A/E contracts including structural, MEP, envelope and façade restoration. Solicited and managed third party vendors for geotechnical, hazmat, IH and commissioning.

Senior Architect and Project Manager (Historic Preservation Components):
Full responsibility for coordinating existing new infrastructure of GSA's Phase 2, of the conversion of the 184-acre campus to serve as headquarters for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at the West Campus of St. Elizabeths Hospital. This $22M phase is part of the largest historic preservation project in the United States by both size and dollar amount. Represented GSA in fulfilling their commitments under the Programmatic Agreement for compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act. Microsoft Office, ProCore, PlanGrid, Autodesk Suite
Center Building: Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for this $230M, 400K conversion of the massive masonry and cast iron 5-story hospital, circa 1857. Evaluated and provided technical recommendations on plan, detailing, specifications, pricing, 1300 RFIs, 124 change orders, and >1,000 submittals and daily inspection. Technical Advisor to GSA regarding masonry detailing, bracing, window restoration, drainage, movement, and thermal as well as salvaging and reinstalling the grand historic features of the original interiors.
Hitchcock Hall: Project HP Manager for $18M renovation of circa 1904 brick and terra cotta campus Auditorium into the Media Center for DHS. Managed build-out, budget and schedule. Provided technical evaluation, field inspections and reports, RFI responses, and contract change requests.
ADVISORY COUNCIL ON HISTORIC PRESERVATION – Washington, DC 2009 - 2014
Program Analyst:
Managed federal agency programs for compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and NEPA cross-cutting regulations. Resolved conflicts in controversial and highly visible undertakings. Forged multi- party agreements for federal agencies through superior communication and mediation skills, architectural and planning expertise. Cases included: Marine Corps' Guam Buildup and Hawaii Basing of the MV-22. National Park Service's Kalaupapa Memorial, Grand Canyon ADA Access, and Gateway Arch Project, EPA's DeMoines Water Treatment Plant, and Army Corps' Zoar Levee and Diversion Dam.
