Summary of main Duties and Responsibilities

Provision of Professional HSE advice in line with best practices, Legal Requirement and ACOPs

Review of Sub-Contractors HSE performance in line with approved HSE Plan.

Carrying out day to day HSE inspection, Permit Audit to ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures and requirements.

Take part in preliminary Hazard assessment prior to Task and Review same when need arise.

Coordinates HSE Supervision of road crossings, Tie-In and Hot Work activities.

Investigate and preparing of incident/accident reports and detailed investigation report with recommendations.

Ensure appropriate Documentations of Relevant HSE Documents.

Ensure emergency Drills are conducted in line with the emergency response plan.

Participate in Weekly Joint Client and Contractor HSE Meeting Via Microsoft Teams.

Participate in HSEMS Audit to ensure that drilling activities are in line with company procedures, legal requirement and international best practices.

Supervising safe hydro-testing and hydrostatic activities; radiography

Coordinating HSE activities for facility pipeline Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning demolition activities.

Preparing and monitor implementation of Risk Assessments s for critical activities, reviews of method statement and rigging study

Conducting HSE Induction for new employees, visitors and personnel who violate HSE rules
