Under the supervision of the finance Coordinator, HR coordinator and two field coordinators for two field office. as part of senior management team and is the head of finance at field level support services, responsible for developing and implementing finance strategy of the mission and ensuring overall availability of sufficient cash or resources to support programmatic interventions and ensures accountability, transparency, and compliance to internal and external regulations.

main responsibilities are:

Coordination

-Define and implement the financial policies and procedures to achieve the general objectives of the organization.

-Define and implement the finance s processes and procedures.

-Coordinating the two field office teams in scheduling all finance payments, settlements, and planning

-Provide input on finance matters to the two-field office teams which both yalo and Semera field office.

-Ensure that the monthly financial reporting, finance and logistic documents and forms are timely sent to coordination and to HQs

-Responsible for communicating proactively.

Procurement, supply chain & asset management

-Oversee the full scope of the supply chain management.

-Identify and setup the most efficient supply chain for medical equipment and drugs.

-Clarify and manage drugs import processes.

-Liaise with coordination purchasing department for international procurement by providing optimal upstream communication.

-Maintain and reinforce local supplier relationships.

-Ensure systems to mitigate risks from corruption, fraud and mismanagement.

-Oversee the general fleet management processes.

Team management
