My position at the gas station, Deer view Mart was lead cashier and head kitchen cook, I did all the training to new employees's, with the cashier and in the kitchen, I made the menu for daily specials and was the head cook, I could do any job in the store at any given time no questions asked. If the manager called in, I was capable to cover for her and do all the paperwork and any job she needed me to do in the store that needed to be completed for the day, I could make the schedules if she needed me to and at one point I was doing running cashier and the kitchen because there was only 3 of us working due to COVID so I was working double and triple shifts, working up to 20+ hour shifts a day. when I was asked to work over I never said no, I was always ready to work anytime I was needed, I was good with the customers and always talking and smiling welcoming the customers offering to help, my store was always clean and stocked, one of our vendors would always tell me that l was always her first stop because I was always smiling and my store was always clean. My manager could count on me to fill in for her and do any part of her job she needed me to do. I had to give my 2week notice because the pay just wasn't enough to support my family and keep my bills paid.
