●Managed a team of 55 schools and 200 teachers with a budget of Ksh280 000= (two hundred and eighty thousand) successfully.

●Organized financial statements auditing 100% for the four years.

●Managed and administered school finances for school project successfully. The first year managed Ksh 379,500=, the second year Ksh 759 000=, third year 1,138,500 and fourth year 1,518,000=

●Resourced finances for school development from CDF kit successfully (managed Ksh1, 500, 000= through proposal writing).

●Put up a three-classroom storey building tuition block to half-way complete.

●Managed a team of 10 support and 12 teaching staff for four years with full payment of their wages.

●Utilize leadership, governance and administrative skills to grow the school from a population of two students to a population of 140 students in four years.

●Collaborated with the community and stakeholders to promote public relations -this improved exponentially over the four-year period.
